Does Premium Aquatic Supply ship internationally? Although we are always looking to expand, we are solely serving the United States at this time.

What methods of payment can I use? We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can my commercial business start an account? Yes. To set up an account, contact our accounting department at accounts@premiumaquaticsupply.com for the necessary paperwork.
How do I check stock of a product? Although items typically ship next business day, our stock does change constantly. Please feel free to call us at 303-303-3030 or email help@premiumaquaticsupply.com to verify your item(s) are in stock.
How long does it take to receive my order? We understand the pressures of operating your pool and work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Standard ground shipping is typically five (5) business days. Select products must be ordered from the manufacturer, where the lead time is 3-14 business days. Regardless, after your order is placed we will email you the tracking information. In the case you do need your product expedited; feel free to call us at 303-303-3030.

How do I return a product I ordered? Submit a request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by email to orders@premiumaquaticsupply.com. Include Your name, phone number, order number, a list of the items to be returned, and the reason for return or exchange. One of our team members will contact you shortly to process your return.
